Welcome to Inspired Maternity, a one of a kind Prenatal & Postnatal Physical Therapy & Wellness Studio located in Peoria. Here, we provide all encompassing and holistic care for women and mothers through our Physical Therapy & Wellness services, programs and packages. Our approach to our care empowers women and mothers  to focus on their health, body, mind and embrace an active role in their health and healing processes.


Inspired Maternity is paving the way in healthcare and support for mothers. Caring for our mothers is more than the time frame of conception to 6 weeks postpartum - it needs to start well before conception, we need to improve and normalize prenatal care/wellness and our healing extends far after birth and the 6 weeks postpartum "check up." It is time we raise the standards of care for our mothers in this country, and Inspired Maternity is providing our community and mothers with this higher care - Come Join US!

About Inspired Maternity 

A Life of Balance

Inspired Maternity is Peoria’s first and only Physical Therapy studio focusing on prenatal and postpartum health, wellness and fitness. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional, mental and spiritual journey of motherhood. By integrating, breath, core movement, mindfulness, education and awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health, healing and wellbeing during this season of life.
Ashley Wozniak is the founder and CEO of Inspired Maternity. Born and raised in the Chicago area, Ashley has resided in Peoria area for the last 15 years. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist and Certified Prenatal & Postpartum Exercise Correctional Specialist.
Ashley is a wife and mother of two children. Her own journey through pregnancy and motherhood, has inspired her to create a supportive Physical Therapy and Wellness studio for other women and mothers allowing them to focus on their health, wellness and fitness.

We offer group classes and specialized programs. All of the classes at Inspired Maternity attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
